This kit was simple to install and works great! Changing games is simple and all the highscores are retained. Definitely worth it if you're after Elevator Action alone!

I was looking to add some games to our Elevator Action arcade game in the basement. I looked at every option out there! Sent an email requesting information on this multigame save kit and was responded to very quickly! They even offered to speak on the phone to answer questions while I emailed pictures of the inside of game. We hung up after all my questions were answered and ordered immediately. I received an email confirmation and about 10 minutes later a tracking number. Woe!
Package arrived and I followed the picture install guide and had the game up and going in about 15 minutes.
The family loves this! Thanks for taking the time to answer all my questions and help to make sure this worked for us.

I got this kit as a Christmas gift and started install early Christmas Day. While referencing the photos I had a few questions/concerns since my board set was different. I sent an email to the website thinking I won’t hear back at least through the holiday weekend. To my surprise I got an email followed by a phone call addressing my questions and concerns. Great to have a few of my favorite early 80's arcade games all on one PCB. I used it to convert my Elevator Action board. The instructions were for a board that was not exactly the same as mine, so I opened a support ticket to ask how I should modify the installation to make it work with my board stack. To my surprise, Joe called me about 10 minutes after I filled out the contact form on the website, and put me on the right track. Outstanding.
Best option out there for Taito!
Simple kit to install. No soldering. Remove the main z80, the sound z80 and put the stack back together. Done in under 15 minutes

On the stage where you are supposed to jump over the natives to get to the girl pete dies as soon as the level starts. It even does it in the attract mode. Any ideas?
If the Soundboard that had the wrong audio,check the 8910 above the CPU.
On the Soundboard that would play all of the games, but, Pirate Pete would die as soon as he entered the last level, IC 23 was an LS96 where it should be an LS253. The 96 was installed at the factory so whatever this game was before used different collision detection. So check that out too...
Good Day, I need some help installing the Taito Jungle King Multigame/high score kit. I have attached 3 pictures of the 4 boards in my game. After looking at your pdf instructions, it appears that the boards are different. So, to say that I am confused is an understatement. Your pdf shows: p.5 looks like my board set p.6 not my board set p. 7 words are cut off p.8 I apparently do not have this board in my set. p. 9 not the same cpu that I have p. 10 looks like my cpu (alternate security?) p. 14 Program board? I have nothing like this. So, please help......what am I missing or doing wrong?

While all of the high score save kits save scores, have an on screen menu for difficulty settings and other features like attract sounds (Please see the description under each kit for full details)
There are usually 2 or 3 main types -
High Score Save kit - This is a great option for anyone wanting to save scores and have free play option on their game with some other cool options! Again, please see the product description page for each kit you are looking at.
Online High Score Save kit - This is next level stuff! You can now save your scores locally on your machine and upload your scores to the Global High Score Save web page! (you even get a customized web site that will have all your games on the page) Here is a link to the Global High Score page - http://arcadehighscores.com/
Information uploaded is not just your initials and score, but also uploads the day, time, difficulty levels, how many guys used, players name, city and country you are in and the name of your arcade!
Please remember, you need to have internet access and your high score save kit connected to it. Correct. It will work on any Taito SJ PCB. Elevator Action and Jungle Hunt are the most common, however Jungle King will work also. Please see installation Guide for pics.
