I want to check out with my order! Now what?

Thank you for stopping in! We have been around a long time and are silently working in the background to update the site by the end of 2025.

Until then, it has come to our attention that many new customers (and a few existing customers) cannot create/login to an account! Oh no!

I am trying to figure out this issue as we have orders coming in through the site fine, yet some cannot. Hard to debug.

Please include your full name and mailing address and the email you provide will have the tracking number sent to you.

 

Do not worry, you can still purchase our products and start enjoying them in your vintage arcade games.

Here are the most common steps to checkout if you're a new customer. If you are an existing customer, login like you normally would. 

1. Add item(s) to your cart

2. Click the following button [pictured below] to proceed.

 

3. When on this page, DO NOT USE THE "I'M A NEW CUSTOMER" section. Pic below shows a BIG RED X signifying DO NOT USE.

Instead, please use the button on the left to checkout with PayPal.

 

4. That's it! Just follow the instructions through PayPal and you will see that your order has been completed. Highscoresaves site will email you an order confirmation email shortly after purchase is complete and PayPal will email a receipt also.

NOTE - If you would like to get an account setup, we are more than happy to help! In some rare cases, we have noticed that manually setting up an account for a customer will allow them to login and order away with nothing more than a manual setup by us.
