This is what you've been waiting for! The VS Red Tent | Dual Upright Multigame kit! This is the newest Multi VS kit that has been upgraded with some cool new features!
- Able to change games from your control panel - No need for any additional "Swappers or Rotary Dials" - [Swap games on same side by using Joystick [on the right side] moving Joysick Left/Right while Button P4 is held down]
- Coin up - by holding P4 for 5 seconds
- Play head to head - Play 4 player games like Wrecking Crew, Balloon Fight and Tennis Head to Head on your Red Tent!
- Use a NES Zapper gun - [Zapper Adapter is needed]
- No more resetting - You can now reset games on either side without resetting the other players side!
You will need to supply your own PPUs and CPUs for this kit to work
- This kit comes with the Game Pak of your choice (based on your PPU). You can check out the games in each Game Pak below
- The Nintendo VS Red Tent | Dual screen upright Multigame Kit is a Nintendo VS Multigame Kit compatible with games that use the EPROM sockets on the VS PCB
- This Kit allows you to remove your program eproms and play up to 16 different games...8 games on each side [depending on your PPUs]!
- Plays all the games listed in the Game Pak for your PPU
- This kit is for the VS Red Tent cabinet or Dual screen Upright
- Depending on the PPU you have, this will determine your game list.
- Some games like Tetris and Battle City require the dip switches to be set to the correct color palette using the DIPS on your original PCB. That is how the original game works and they weren't changed on our custom roms.
How do I know what PPU I have?
Your PPU will USUALLY have a heat sync on it. I placed a photo below with an example of a PPU 0002 [signified by the "0002" in the middle] Yours can be an 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 or a 2c03B...

Playing a bunch of games now
I was lucky enough to have a red tent that has good monitors. This kit allows us to play Clu Clu Land and Super Mario. The game packs has some games we never played and are now becoming favorites too

Received one of the first vs multi kits and absolutely love it! I didn't do the gun games, but was told I could get the adapter later and change the roms anytime. Was told there are instructions in the install guide if I want to do my own sets. I may do that since I have extra PPU's. Awesome kit, loving this buy! Thanks highscoresaves.com!!!
Hi I recently bought a red tent vs multi kit. I have it installed and both sides boot up to Wrecking crew. When we hold player 4 and move the joystick, it goes to a black screen. The other side stays on Wrecking Crew. Are we doing something wrong?
No need to worry! This is on the product description [where you placed your order. See below.

Just remember, this kit is designed NOT to reset the other side...so, to change games, both players must do the above on each side.
The black screen on your side is waiting to sync up with the other side. The first 3 slots for games is for head to head play [Wrecking Crew, Balloon Fight and Tennis if you chose that option] and needs input from both players. If the other player is playing a game, it must be on the game attract screen to coordinate the swap.
You can still continue to select games on a single side if it is a one screen game. Otherwise, the black screen is waiting for the other side to do the same game slot.
